Published pricing, because trust starts here — the one thing the "contact us for a quote" crowd won't do. Pick a starting point; we tailor from there. No per-booking fees, ever.
Your branded platform, deployed and live on your domain. All five products, admin, B2B/B2C.
Everything in Launch, plus customization to your workflow, more suppliers and branding depth.
Bespoke builds for high-volume OTAs and multi-region operators. Scoped to your business.
You don't control when Amadeus, Duffel or Hotelbeds changes an endpoint, retires a field or tightens a certification rule — but your bookings stop when they do. The Care Plan is supplier-API compatibility: we keep your adapters current so your platform keeps selling.
Included free — 6 months on Launch, 12 months on Business and Enterprise. After that from $100/mo covering two connected suppliers, plus $25/mo for each additional supplier. Cancel anytime — you still own everything.
Whether or not you hold a Care Plan. We're not putting your platform's safety behind a subscription.
Every travel business carries these, whoever builds the software. We'd rather lose a deal on an honest number than win one on a surprise.
The largest real cost of launching. Set by each supplier, paid directly by you.
Where a supplier charges for access or per booking. Your contracts, your rates.
Per-transaction fees and any rolling reserve, billed by your gateway.
Typically modest — we advise on sizing. Trade licence and IATA if your model needs them.
No. You own the source code and can maintain it yourself or with your own developers. Most clients keep Care for the supplier-API work specifically — because that's the part nobody can schedule.
Yes. On-demand adapter work is billed per incident from $600, scheduled into the queue behind Care clients — typically 5–10 business days, or expedited at 1.5×. Two supplier changes in a year costs about the same as Care, without the updates or the priority.
You can still reach us. But Care clients are usually fixed before they notice, because we track supplier release notes and patch ahead of the change. Without Care, you're starting the conversation on the day your bookings stop.
Rejoin any time. After 60 days we apply a one-off reinstatement fee equal to two months, because bringing a deployment that has missed several release cycles up to date is real work. Security patches stay free throughout.
No. Care keeps the platform working. Custom development is quoted separately, or covered by a development retainer — we keep them apart so you always know what you're paying for.
That's your right — you own it. But we'd then be debugging your codebase rather than patching ours, so we inspect and quote first. Staying on the maintained release line is why Care is the cheaper path.
The whole platform is live and clickable. Explore it, then talk to us about making it yours.
